Colleen  Naus


Colleen Naus has been a Professional dance instructor, choreographer and performer since 1990. In addition to studying with a variety of featured choreographers spanning from the east to west coast, Colleen also received training through dance scholarships from the Los Angeles Tremaine Dance Center and the Interlochen arts Academy. Her choreography has been four times selected for the Colorado Choreographer's Showcase, is highlighted in Dance Files 1997, a nationwide instructional video, and has received several top awards. She was featured as a Go-Go dancer in the independent film, "Traveler's Gin", and performed with the Oakridge Boys 1998 Christmas Tour.

Colleen is a certified Personal Trainer & Pilates instructor holding top level education in STOTT Pilates with highlighted training in Injuries and Special Populations. Through her diverse fitness background, movement knowledge, intense passion for harmony and balance of the body, and love for teaching, Colleen brings much enthusiasm to her students.

Colleen is currently teaching jazz and pilates here at APA.
