Dane Stauffer studied, as a teenager, at the famed Minneapolis Children's Theatre Company, graduating to (and from) New York University Tisch School of the Arts. In addition to a three year stint improvising and writing at Dudley Riggs Brave New Workshop, he's had a dozen plays produced in the Twin Cities at the Jungle, Illusion, and Cricket Theatres, and places as far flung as Tampa, and the Edinburgh Fringe, receiving a prized spot on the BBC's The Pick of the Fringe . He has contributed humor regularly to Minnesota Public Radio's The Morning Show and was featured on KTCA/PBS' Emmy award winning American Scream: Dudley Rigg's First 30 Years. He's crooned with the Wolverines Classic Jazz Orchestra, and clowned for corporate events with a client list including American Express, Northwest Airlines and Royal Bank of Canada. Dane also served as the cast leader, improvising aboard The Disney Magic's inaugural season. He recently appeared in a TV pilot, Mystery Girl , on the UPN network, just returned from a three month tour of "Triple Espresso," in Ireland, and when he's away from the spotlight, he continues to write, and teach Improvisation and Yoga.
